New Bands/Submitting Demos/Getting Signed to F.S.R.

• We are always very interested in new bands. If your band would like to be a part of the F.S.R. family, then please submit a demo tape/CD. Although we prefer hatecore, we will release any type of NS/WP music that we find impressive and fitting of our label. (Oi, RAC, Metal, etc..)

• When making a demo to send us, the more professional it sounds, the better chance you will have to get signed. The most important thing is that all the instruments should be heard, especially the guitar and drums.

• If you do not hear from us, please email us to see if we have received your music and if we have listened to it.

• If we do not sign your band, do not get discouraged. We have very particular tastes in music, and we expect a band to have a certain quality that fits with the FSR family. Just because we are not interested  in your band does not mean your band is not good. It's just that we do not feel that the demo represents something that we are interested in doing. Even if we do not sign your band, we can offer help to get you signed to another label.

• If we agree to sign your band to do a CD, we will offer you the conditions. Typically, F.S.R. will pay for the recording, mixing, and production. The band will receive 100 of their CDs for the first 1000 copies pressed. Other conditions may be appropriate, which we will discuss on an individual band basis.

REFUNDS and RETURNS POLICY

• If you have an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

• All returns must be mailed back to us within 30 days of initial mailing date of the item.

• CDs: Full refunds or full credit will issued for CDs only if they have arrived scratched or damaged. Return postage must be paid by buyer.

• Clothing: Clothing may be returned if the buyer is unhappy with the quality or fit. Exchange, full refund, or full credit will be issued. Return postage must be paid by buyer, and the clothing must be in the original, unwashed condition in which it initially arrived.

• Books and Magazines: Full refund or full credit will be issued for books and magazines only if they have arrived damaged. Return postage must be paid by the buyer..

• Other Merchandise: Other merchandise (pins, belt buckles, items not listed above) may be returned for a full refund or full credit if the buyer is not satisfied with the item. The item must be in the same condition as it arrived. Return postage must be paid by buyer.

• We will only accept returns if we have been notified by email or mail before the item is returned. We will give you a confirmation number to write on the package when returning the item. Items returned without this confirmation number will not be accepted. Please send all returns to:

WHOLESALE ORDERS and TRADING

• If you are in a band, record label, or distributor, and would like to trade CDs, or buy CDs in bulk/wholesale, please contact us at FSR@finalstandrecords.com

• Since F.S.R. is a small label, we usually only trade small quantities of CDs. It depends on the band/release. If we are interested in trading, we will typically only trade for 10 CDs for an unknown band. If the band is more popular, we may trade for between 15 and 25 CDs. Usually, we will only offer titles that we have released on our label, but sometimes we have an overstock of other titles. Please ask what we have to offer.

• Anyone may buy CDs in bulk / wholesale from us. The minimum number of CDs for a bulk order is 25. We will give the best prices for the CDs released on our label. We may be able include CDs released by other labels in the bulk order, but they will almost always have a higher price (but still less than the individual CD order price)
