Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order via the website, we will contact you with the status of your order. We sometimes go out of stock quickly, and you may find that you place an order before we have had time to update the website. We will let you know as soon as we can if your order is out of stock and what the options will be (different color, size, delay time, order cancellation, etc..)

Shipping
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges. We typically ship the merchandise within 24 hours of receiving the order. However, if there may be circumstances (such as out of stock items or holidays) in which the order can be delayed. We will let you know as soon as possible the status of your order. If the item is out of stock, you may choose to cancel the order.
We typically ship merchandise within the USA via USPS priority mail. This takes about 2 - 3 days from shipping time to arrival time. Orders outside of the country are typically shipped via Global priority mail, and can take anywhere from a few days to over a week, depending on the location.

Returns
If you find that you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it in its original form for a refund or store credit. Clothing must not be in their original form (clean and unwashed). CDs and other merchandise must be in their original packaging.
If you have received the merchandise in damaged form, you may also return it for a refund or store credit.
If you receive the merchandise and need to make a return for whatever reason, please notify us immediately. Let us know the reasons for the return, and we will provide you with a confirmation email and a shipping address to make the return. We will NOT accept any returns from customers that have not notified us prior to returning the item.
